VMG is a Ugandan run social enterprise that aims to promote urban framing and best permaculture practices in Sub-Saharan Africa. The DwB team Offered both business and product design consultation to ensure the VMG team have a clear strategic vision and a competitive product able to address user needs!
To ensure a holistic and contextual understanding of the product our research focused on 5 critical lenses.
To hone in and define customer needs we identified 4 typologies that make up the majority of urban dwellings; each of which provided unique challenges and opportunities.
